Booking and stay conditions

Booking and Payment

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required. The balance must be paid at check-in. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before check-in: full refund minus €20 admin fee. 15 to 30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. No-show: no refund.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00 to 21:00. Check-out: by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and surcharge. Identity documents required for all guests at check-in.

Property Rules

Quiet hours from 23:00 to 7:00. Pets allowed upon request and with surcharge. Non-smoking property (designated smoking areas outside). Guests are responsible for damages caused to facilities and furniture.
